Event Coordinator
Unilux Brand We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and help bring our clients' visions to life. In this position, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a wide variety of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to weddings and social gatherings.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate events from start to finish based on client requirements and objectives.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and ensure their needs are met throughout the planning process.
- Develop event budgets and ensure that all aspects of the event are executed within those financial limits.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and transportation arrangements.
- Manage event timelines and schedules, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and on track to meet deadlines.
- Oversee on-site management of events, ensuring all details are attended to and any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successfully executed events.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.Proficiency in event management software and basic project management tools.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.Benefits
