Base Salary : $130,000–$150,000 + full benefits

Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized commercial real estate and title company seeking an accomplished Real Estate Attorney to join its in-house legal team.

What You'll Do

• Advise and lead commercial real estate transactions, including title review, underwriting, and closing coordination.
• Untangle complex title, survey, and financing issues with clarity and confidence.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, easements, and loan documents.
• Collaborate with internal business teams, external counsel, and counterparties to ensure smooth, compliant closings.
• Provide strategic, business-focused legal advice that supports growth while minimizing risk.
