Key Responsibilities

Investigate moderately complex, unrepresented claims, including uninsured or underinsured motorist claims

Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing customer support through various communication channels

Engage in negotiation processes to reach fair injury settlements and support claimants throughout the vehicle restoration process

Required Qualifications

Experience in claims investigation or similar roles

Knowledge of automobile insurance policies and claims processes

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
