Salary : $90,000 - $100,000 / yr.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • CPA license
  • Experience in an accounting role (specifically facility management)
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent communication skills

Accounting Manager responsibilities :

  • Oversee all accounting functions including revenue / expense reporting, accounts payable / receivable, and monthly financial reporting.
  • Collect accurate and timely projected performances of the company.
  • Analyze the monthly management reports, budgets, and forecasts to enhance the company's financial status.
  • Offer financial guidance to regional operating units.
  • Maintain inventory.
  • Conduct reconciliation and analysis for balance sheet accounts.
  • Design and create reports, spreadsheets, and databases to organize and present data effectively.
