Missouri Furniture, family owned since 1977, is looking for self-motivated, professional, high energy, and fun Sales Professionals to join our Team! We are one of the largest furniture retailers in the state and still growing strong! Our broad selection appeals to all home furnishing styles and budgets, including furniture, appliances, mattresses, and spas. We pride ourselves on exceptional client service and are seeking positive energy, customer focused professionals to represent our brand and grow with us!

Responsibilities :

• Being able to greet customers, answering questions, engaging customers with merchandise, and providing exceptional customer service
• Assisting customers in designing spaces they'll absolutely love
• Organizing and maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the store floor
• Contribute to the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Passionately seek out customers in the store

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Display high energy with a passion to succeed and to become a valued team member
• Embrace training and continually improve knowledge
• Self-motivated and strong Team player
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Proven furniture sales experience and / or Interior Design is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing work environment.
• Available 40 hours / week, with some evenings required, plus weekends and most holidays to accommodate client shopping traffic.

• $18.00 an hour with commissions, bonuses & incentives
