We are seeking a caring, patient, and reliable provider to provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) one-on-one with a young child with autism. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children reach their full potential, follow structured programs, and work collaboratively with parents and supervisors.

Responsibilities :
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to a child with autism in the home or community setting
Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Collect data and record session notes accurately
Support the child in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
Communicate progress and challenges with the supervising team and parents
Qualifications :
Experience working with children, preferably those with autism or developmental disabilities
RBT certification or ABA experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
Reliability, compassion, and strong communication skills
Must pass a background check
Schedule :
Flexible hours weekdays after 3 : 00 PM and weekends anytime.
compensation rate $25 an hour.
Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma
