Our client is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team. As a Scrum Master, you will be part of the Agile Project Management department supporting multiple Scrum teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong facilitation skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Support and facilitate three Scrum teams to ensure Agile best practices are followed effectively.
Manage backlog and assist teams in impediment resolution to maintain smooth workflow.
Coordinate and lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and aligned with organizational objectives.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile teams and broader organization.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Scrum or Agile methodologies, with proven hands-on expertise.
Audit or finance background is a plus, but not mandatory.
Experience supporting multiple Scrum teams in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of tools and processes related to Agile and Scrum, preferably with Wells Fargo experience.
Current knowledge of cloud platforms, especially OpenShift and private cloud environments, is advantageous.
