PYA is seeking a Accounting Assistant  to join its high-performing and privately-owned firm with a dynamic culture and a strong national reputation. This individual will be a part of the PYA Operations Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accounts payable (A / P) and accounts receivable (A / R) functions with a focus on coordinating invoice / billing and changes
• Prepare monthly reports and process requests for specific reports
• Investigate and resolve client inquiries via phone or email
• Assist the Accounting Department with various duties as assigned, including account reconciliations
