Where you come in :
As an Sr Manager for ERP Manufacturing, Procurement applications, you manage systems like Oracle EBS, Fusion, Coupa that support Manufacturing-Cost Accounting, Direct Procurement and Indirect procurement areas.
You lead implementation and maintain applications to streamline operations and improve accuracy.
Integrate automation technologies to enhance productivity and reduce manual labor.
Work closely with business partners of Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance Costing and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and compliance
Manage projects related to manufacturing ERP operations, technology upgrades, and compliance initiatives.
Provide strong leadership to the procurement, manufacturing and Finance, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including staff, suppliers, and management.
What makes you successful :
High experience typically, at least 7 to 10 years of experience in Manufacturing and Procurement operations
Leadership Roles : Previous experience in managerial roles within a manufacturing setting
Hands-on experience in functional domains of Manufacturing and Procurement
Manufacturing : Process Improvement : Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives and optimize manufacturing.
Procurement : Experience integrating Direct and Indirect Procurement Applications with ERP applications.
Audit Management : Experience in managing internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards Cross-Functional Collaboration
Supply Chain Coordination : Experience working with suppliers, manufacturing operations and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Project Management : Experience managing projects related to logistics operations, technology upgrades, and compliance initiatives
Team Leadership : Very strong leadership skills to guide and motivate staff
Effective Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear guidelines and collaboration

Experience and Education Requirements :
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 13+ years of industry experience
5-8 years of previous people management experience
Flex Workplace : Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles / 120km).
