Location : Grand Rapids, MI

Hours : 15-20 per week (flexible schedule)

Pay Rate : $20-$24 per hour

A long-standing Grand Rapids company is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to help with day-to-day financial operations. This position is ideal for someone looking for steady part-time work in a friendly, team-oriented environment. The role involves a variety of accounting support duties and offers flexibility in scheduling around other personal or professional commitments.

Responsibilities :

Enter and process vendor invoices and payments

Generate and track customer invoices and incoming payments

Reconcile daily transactions and assist with account maintenance

Maintain organized financial files and assist with month-end close activities

Support the accounting team with general administrative and financial tasks

Qualifications :

At least one year of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related experience

Strong accuracy and attention to detail

Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities

Prior experience in a manufacturing or production-based company preferred
