Imagine Learning offers flexible work arrangements across the U.S. and internationally. U.S.-based employees located in or around Tempe, AZ (HQ), Austin, TX, Petaluma, CA, Rock Rapids, IA, or Bloomington, MN, typically work on a hybrid schedule at one of our office locations.

The Accounting Director leads accounting operations, oversees financial compliance, and supports strategic initiatives across the US, UK, and Ireland. This position manages a team of accounting professionals and plays a critical part in financial oversight, project execution, tax compliance, foreign payroll processing, and treasury functions.

Position Information : This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Controller.

Compensation : Base pay is anticipated to be between $126,803 and $160,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive / commission / annual bonus pay based on individual and / or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education / certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

Location : In this US-based position your location will be hybrid - remote in our office in Tempe, Arizona.
