Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing revenue and sales allowances, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities :

• Track and validate discounts, rebates, and liabilities for large customers.
• Ensure contractual agreements are accurately reflected in financial statements.
• Extract and reconcile data from multiple sources, such as NetSuite and other systems.
• Investigate discrepancies between shipments, billing, and cost of goods sold.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Manage prepaids, amortizations, and fixed asset schedules.
• Develop and maintain complex Excel workbooks for financial analysis.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data validation.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
