Iowa Licensed Physical Damage Appraiser

A company is looking for a Physical Damage Appraiser I to evaluate and process auto claims remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and evaluate minor to moderately complex auto claims, including reviewing loss notices and repair estimates

Negotiate and settle claims, prepare damage estimates, and issue payments according to company guidelines

Assist in resolving coverage questions and participate in recovery efforts during catastrophe situations

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency

Two years of auto repair and / or property claims experience or related experience

Multiple state insurance adjuster and appraiser licenses required within 6 months of hire
