Asset Protection Manager

Lead Asset Protection activities for assigned units in accordance with company policies and procedures to drive sales and profits. Primary responsibilities include team development, internal and external investigations, and shrink and safety.

Team Development :

• Frequently conducts developmental conversations with direct reports and maintains notes / observations of strengths and opportunities.
• Interviews, hires, and trains Asset Protection talent for the store and ensures the team follows Asset Protection directives, policies, and procedures.
• Actively walks the floor and coaches in the moment to enhance each associates ability to develop and advises Store / District Leadership Teams when opportunities are noted.
