ABA Therapist (In-Home ABA Services)

For over 70 years, Envision Unlimited has served people with disabilities across all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Envision has a wide array of home and community-based programs benefiting over 2,000 individuals across the state of Illinois. Envision provides center for day services, community living services, employment services, a foster care program, mental health services, and adult behavior analytic services. Envision is now venturing into providing ABA services to individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.

We are looking to hire ABA Therapists throughout the Chicagoland area to begin our company growth into Applied Behavior Analysis services to clients in their homes. This is an exciting position as it is the beginning of a new sector of growth for Envision.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide ABA therapy in the client’s home by implementing all programs developed by the BCBA's
• Implement treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA
• Must be willing to travel to multiple locations
• Must be able to work variable hours (evenings, weekends)
• Collect and record data during each session
• Complete all mandatory training, including in the home training and online training
• Communicate with clinical team to ensure quality of service

Pay : $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
