Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service.

Actively prospect for new clients to grow our agency's reach and impact.

Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Process customer policy change requests.

Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

Generating insurance quotes.

Develop and maintain client relationships.

Handle customer renewals.

Requirement

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required

Life license preferred (licensing assistance available)

English / Spanish bilingual preferred

Prior Sales Experience required

Must be highly self-motivated

Professional phone etiquette

Great customer service Skills

Problem-solving capabilities

Strong communication and negotiation skills
