Guaranteed Hours : 72 bi-weekly (option for 96 bi-weekly)

Call Requirements : None

Floating : Required (may assist in other areas; will not take full assignment in other units)

Requirements :

RN licensure in Indiana

ACLS, BLS, NRP, STABLE required

Level 3 NICU experience

Minimum 2 years NICU experience

Unit / Setting : Beds : 34

Patient Ratio : 1 : 1 – 1 : 3

EMR : Cerner

Role Summary :

The NICU RN provides care for a wide range of neonatal patients, from stable feeder-growers to critically ill level 3 patients. Responsibilities include :

Continuous patient monitoring and clinical assessments

Administering medications and treatments as ordered

Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal neonatal outcomes

Floating as needed to support other areas while maintaining high standards of care
