Compensation : $50,000 - $300,000

Responsibilities :

• Know the local community well to answer questions about homes and neighborhoods.
• Follow up with leads regularly to keep growing the sales pipeline.
• Handle the full process from listing to closing to make sure everything goes smoothly.
• Work with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and help them close the deal.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
