You'll manage the flow of stories from field to air across multiple platforms, ensuring our community receives timely, high?quality news coverage. This role is perfect for a detail?oriented professional who thrives in a fast?paced newsroom environment and wants to play a crucial part in delivering the news that matters most to Cincinnati.

What youll do

• Monitor, communicate and traffic all incoming content.
• Collaborate with newsroom staff to achieve editorial objectives.
• Identify issues with incoming content, evaluate alternatives and implement solutions.
• Maintain storage and capacity of storage area network (SAN).
• Edit content for use on multiple platforms.
• Operate various news gathering equipment including but not limited to video editing equipment.
• Communicate consistently with newsroom staff regarding content, including but not limited to coordinating with field crews.
• Distribute content to other Scripps units.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
