As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. Your role will involve conducting regular patrols, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service through clear communication. You will be part of a reliable and agile team that values innovation, teamwork, and integrity, contributing to a people-first environment where your efforts make a real difference every day.

  • What You'll Do :
  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the business areas and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or hazards.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with controlling access to restricted areas and verifying credentials as required by site policies.
  • Document all activities, incidents, and / or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
  • Interact with employees, visitors, and contractors in a courteous and professional manner while providing assistance as needed.
  • Remain alert to any potential threats or emergency situations, and promptly communicate information to supervisors or emergency responders as necessary.
  • Minimum Requirements :
  • An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
