Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an HR Generalist Position type : Full Time, Contract Duration : 6 months Location : Medley FL 33178 Shift : 7 : 30am – 4 : 00pm As an HR Generalist you will : Strategic Partnership : Act as a trusted advisor and influential partner to senior site leadership, aligning HR programs with business goals and driving strategic initiatives.

Process Improvement : Leverage process improvement / lean manufacturing methodologies to optimize HR processes and align with business objectives.

Project Leadership : Lead and support special projects, contributing to organizational initiatives and driving continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have : A bachelor's degree in human resources, Industrial / Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Psychology or a related field and 7+ years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience; OR and advanced degree and at least 5+ years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience.

Demonstrated experience supporting an hourly workforce within a manufacturing environment.

Proven experience establishing self as a trusted HR Business Partner, coaching, and advising business leaders, and serving as an employee advocate.

• : $37.00 to $39.90 per hour
• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
