Accountant

We are seeking a QuickBooks and Excel expert to lead a reconciliation project for our technology client. This project involves reconciling all payment data in Excel and QuickBooks from the past 3+ years to ensure accuracy and consistency. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $35 to $45 per hour.

Responsibilities :

Reconcile payment data across Excel, Square, and QuickBooks for the past 3+ years.

Identify and clean up duplicate invoices.

Confirm that payment information matches in QuickBooks and remove any duplicates.

Ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications :

Expertise in QuickBooks and Excel.

Knowledge of Square is a big plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
