Job Summary : The Job Coordinator plays a key role in providing support to ProTeX Field Technicians. Working closely with Project Controllers they :
- Prepare projects
- Set up and review project reports on a weekly basis
- Compile final project report booklets
Your Role as a Job Coordinator :
Reports to the Project ControllersReview Construction Plans and "Pre-Load" them into a databaseCompile and review reportsSchedule InspectionsReview inspection reportsCommunicate via phone / email with builders, superintendents (clients)Generate weekly reports and updates on current projects for clientsAnswers basic questions from clientsSecure information from Field Crews on the status / progress of projectsWork Requirements / Skills :
Superior customer service skillsMaintain a positive work environmentComfortable speaking with clients on the phoneCoachable / TeachableGood PC skills, especially MS Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs preferred, 35 WPMComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated and results-driven, able to work with minimal supervisionDetail OrientedAbility to read, spell, edit, comprehend sentence structure, and how to report / record dataConstruction terminology preferred or the ability to pick up terminology quicklyWork Schedule : Monday Friday 7 : 00 AM 3 : 30 PM or 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM (40 hours / week)
