Description
Due to our continued expansion, we are currently seeking a Sales Supervisor. You will be responsible for developing sales in a local territory and building a team of territory based sales representatives in a growing branch. If you have a successful background working in sales in technology and building quality teams, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
You will work with your team to promote all products and solutions to new and current clients through calling on in person, prospecting, networking, and referral sources. You will be responsible for interviewing and hiring as well as attending meetings with your team members, assisting with new promotions, and product knowledge, customer care, contracts and documentation, facilitating training and supporting your team to exceed goals. You will be also be responsible for sales and account management and achieving individual expected business results.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to navigate deal cycles, recognize and solve client challenges. You will excel at two-way communication skills, have the ability to identify economic drivers, have the ability to press for decisions in a non-aggressive way, and have the capability to build consensus among multiple stakeholders in a buying group.
Ideally, a strong understanding of document solutions and technology solutions paired with the ability to align these offerings with client needs in a strategic, value-driven manner.
Qualifications
5+ years of sales experience in areas of office technology or related technologies, including managed services environments.
Prior experience as a Sales Supervisor or leader and Account Executive, Enterprise Account Executive, Consultant or similar role focused on acquiring new business
Proven experience with long sales cycles (6+ months) and complex deal structures.
Expertise selling to C-suite and aligning solutions with business goals.
Strong proficiency in sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, 6sense or similar tools).
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
The position offers a compensation package ranging from $60,000 to $250,000 and includes a competitive guarentee, uncapped commission and bonus opportunities, as well as multiple contests, incentive trips, opportunities to attend professional sporting events, and a full fringe benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO and holidays and a 401k with a generous company match. We also provide a vehicle allowance and a smart phone reimbersement for company business.
Candidates must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and MVR report prior to hire and must have a valid Driver License and reliable transportation.
