WA Licensed Crisis Specialist

A company is looking for a Crisis Specialist of 988 Swing.

Key Responsibilities

Provide emotional support, risk assessment, and crisis intervention to individuals contacting the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

Document all crisis contacts thoroughly and adhere to confidentiality policies

Utilize technology and resources to assist contacts and maintain contact volume responses in accordance with contractual metrics

Required Qualifications

Minimum of a GED / High School diploma and four years of full-time behavioral health work experience, or a combination of education and experience

Experience in behavioral health, crisis intervention, and contact center preferred

Knowledge of King County Public Mental Health System

Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential required within six months of hire

Technical proficiency in navigating multiple software platforms concurrently
