A company is looking for a Marketing Events Coordinator to support various events and enhance engagement within a fast-paced marketing team. Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of approximately 30 events annually, including tradeshows and webinars Coordinate logistics for events, manage vendor communication, and assist with event registration and attendee communications Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent messaging and promotion for all events Required Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in event planning or a related field Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred) Proven track record of successfully planning and executing various types of events Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when required
