Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Preparing and submitting budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports. Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, particularly AHCA. Conducting risk management activities to minimize project risks. Effectively communicating project expectations, updates, and potential issues to team members, stakeholders, and senior management. Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties or vendors. Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in healthcare construction. Proven experience in managing large-scale, ground-up healthcare construction projects, particularly Free Standing Emergency Departments (FSED). Demonstrated knowledge of AHCA regulations and standards. Experience in commercial projects will be considered an asset. Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in project management software tools. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
