As a Seasonal Tax Advisor, you will support clients through their tax-related challenges while contributing to Intuit's mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."

About the Role :

In this role, you will work on-site at a TurboTax location, providing service both in-person and virtually with Intuit TurboTax products. Your expertise will enable you to prepare tax returns, offer guidance, and provide software support. Connecting personally with clients to understand their unique situations is key to easing any anxiety they may have about tax preparation. Whether you are assisting with straightforward W2 filings or navigating complicated tax scenarios involving business income or investments, you will be the premier expert for your clients.

You will also be instrumental in expanding TurboTax's client base within your local community, establishing long-lasting relationships and fostering customer loyalty. TurboTax will equip you with invaluable resources and support to ensure your success.

This role requires a physical presence at a TurboTax location in the United States on a seasonal basis.

What You'll Do :

• Provide Tax Expertise : Deliver hands-on tax advice and prepare returns, addressing simple to complex tax situations. Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds while offering future tax planning insights.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador : Cultivate a strong customer base by engaging with new prospects and converting them into loyal clients through outreach and local events.
• Educate and Communicate Confidently : Represent TurboTax enthusiastically in your community, hosting events and sharing tax knowledge to make the process easy to understand.
• Build Relationships : Foster trust and empathy with clients to transform one-time interactions into ongoing relationships.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience : Provide exceptional service and address client inquiries both in-person and through video tools to help them achieve their financial goals.
