We are hiring an Office staff who can answer yes to these questions. We are seeking an Office staff to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

We are scheduling interviews immediately for the Office Manager position. What you should know about the Office staff position with SYNERGY HomeCare :

Office Staff Benefits :

Office Manager Responsibilities :

Oversight of all office positions

Leadership and training for office staff

Maintains client and employee relationships and supportive documentation

Responsibility for meeting goals set by franchise owner

Office Manager Requirements :

Experience – Two years supervisory or management experience in home care preferred

Education – Bachelor’s degree preferred

Skills – Leadership skills, human relations abilities, customer satisfaction skills, and organizational skills. Most be efficient on Computer using word, excel, PowerPoint

Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.

Hours and Pay : Monday thru Friday 8 AM to 2 PM. Pay $17 per hour
