Position Overview
This opportunity is US-remote with 5-10% travel.
The Vice President of Engineering will be responsible for leading all aspects of the company's engineering organization including Platforms, Applications / Services, QA, and Cybersecurity. This executive will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology vision, building scalable systems, and cultivating a high-performance engineering culture.
As a key member of the leadership team, the VP of Engineering will partner closely with key stakeholders throughout the company to lead in delivering reliable, secure, and scalable software solutions that power the future of retail AI. Additionally, the VP of Engineering will build trusted relationships with customers, acting as the technical bridge between their goals and our engineering roadmap.

- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CTO, the CEO, and the executive team on all technical matters
- Execute product strategy : translate product vision into clear engineering roadmaps and deliverables
