The Role

The Data Analyst I supports the HR Information Systems (HRIS) department by maintaining analyzing and reporting human capital data to inform business decisions. This role ensures data integrity assists with standard reporting and supports HR process optimization across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect validate and maintain HR data from SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
• Generate standard and ad-hoc reports to support HR operations and compliance needs.
• Assist in data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Support HR teams with data-driven insights on workforce metrics (turnover headcount demographics etc.).
• Use Power BI and Excel to create visualizations and dashboards for HR partners.
• Partner with HRIS team members to document and streamline reporting processes.

Must Have

Bachelors Degree and 0 years of relevant exempt experience.
