User Experience Researcher

As a User Experience Researcher, you will : Conduct usability testing, interviews, and analytics to inform design decisions across web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user insights into Agile development cycles. Create actionable research reports and contribute findings to quarterly planning activities. Advocate for user needs while balancing technical constraints to support iterative improvements. Educate team members on the value of user research and help reduce recurring usability issues.

The ideal candidate will have :

Experience with tools likeUserTesting.comand a strong ability to communicate research findings effectively. Proficiency inqualitative and quantitative research methodswithin Agile / Scrum environments. Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders to influence product decisions. (Preferred) Background inHuman-Computer Interactionor relevant experience in theutility industry. (Preferred) Understanding ofaccessibility standards,web development, andmobile applications.
