Position Description

Our Tier 1 Automotive client's Customer Service Division Tech team is seeking a

high-impact and versatile Senior Product Designer

to join our dynamic group. This role requires a collaborative leader who can

execute, optimize, and adapt

design processes and deliverables based on stakeholder feedback. You will play a key role in shaping

digital experiences for internal and external audiences , leveraging cutting‑edge automotive technology and solutions.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will balance

business objectives with user needs , ensuring usability and accessibility across multiple platforms. You will guide the

user experience strategy , mentor designers, and advocate for

Human‑Centered Design

principles throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead UX design efforts for web‑based applications, ensuring

user‑centric solutions .

Apply expertise in

Interaction Design, Service Design, Design Excellence, and Information Architecture .

Create and maintain

Figma libraries ; deliver rapid prototypes for iterative testing.

Champion UX practices and

evangelize Human‑Centered Design

across projects.

Mentor interns or junior designers; demonstrate leadership skills and team collaboration.

Drive design delivery and raise the bar for

human‑centered approaches .

Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategy and execute projects effectively.

Balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility for complex, data‑driven solutions.

Conceptualize, design, test, launch, and refine products using

systems thinking .

Support

data‑driven, test‑and‑learn programs , incorporating analytics into design decisions.

Proactively identify problems and propose innovative solutions.

Assist design leadership with communication and presentation needs.

Must‑Have Qualifications

Pro‑level experience in Figma , including creating and managing libraries.

Strong skills in

rapid prototyping

and UX design for web‑based applications.

4+ years of experience

(more is better).

Ability to

carry a strong design point of view

and lead discussions with stakeholders.

Previous experience mentoring an intern or managing a direct report.

Demonstrated

leadership skills

and ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Strong focus on

user‑centric design

and behavioral thinking.

Comfortable working with

complex data and high levels of ambiguity .

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

Experience with

Interaction Design

and

Service Design .

Exposure to native solutions for tablets and devices.

Experience

Required :

4+ years in UX / Product Design.

Preferred :

Experience with Figma, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, Rapid Prototyping, and strategic design leadership.

Education

Required :

Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred :

Advanced coursework or certifications in UX / UI Design or related fields.

Additional Information
