Detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must have the ability to communicate information in speaking and writing so others will understand. Must be able to see details at close range. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Must be able to routinely move throughout the office area to assist customers and coworkers.

Schebler, an employee-owned (ESOP) company , is looking for a talented 3D CAD Designer / Drafter to join our Chimney Systems Division. This is a 1st shift, Monday–Friday position where your designs directly contribute to our success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop 3D models and technical drawings from client specifications.
- Use Autodesk Inventor &AutoCAD to create submittal drawings & coordination models.
- Prepare manufacturing-ready drawings and accurate documentation.
- Review and validate work for accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate with clients to ensure designs meet their needs.
- Provide product knowledge and support to internal teams and stakeholders.
