GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Serve as the trainer for all maintenance employees. Must have demonstrated knowledge and working experience in military aircraft maintenance organizations governed un CNAFINST 4790.2

DUTIES

• Performs all duties associated with training and environmental compliance.
• Schedules, coordinates and executes numerous training events
• Ensures all employees training requirements are maintained according to the standards
• Must be able train personnel on all aspects of Sheetmetal requirements such as hole quality, fasteners, drilling and cold work duties
• Must be able to document and electronically record and organize all training records
• Must have excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Must be able to work with all disciplines to ensure training material is accurate and reflects current requirements
• Must be able to conduct safety observations and observe implementation of corrective measures
• Must be able to participate and conduct safety training
• May be required to inspect equipment and collect samples
• Must be able to identify and address hazardous workplace conditions
• May be required to prepare and submit reports
• Must be proficient with all Microsoft applications
• Other duties as assigned
