Title : Lidar Analyst
Location : Lafayette, LA
Schedule : Hybrid - Monday - Wednesday in Office and Thursday - Friday at Home

Key Responsibilities :
- Delivery Excellence : Process lidar data according to project-specific requirements : boresight, TerraScan macro development, manual editing / QC, and generation of derived products. Perform independent quality review of other staff members' work. Conduct final quality reviews to verify conformance to specifications and requirements. Understand factors affecting production, such as time allotted, quality and quantity metrics, and project specifications. Recognize and solve problems in a timely manner to keep projects on schedule, using independent judgment to determine courses of action. Assist the technical / team lead or department supervisor in scheduling and expediting work processes.
- Sharing Information : Report to the technical / team lead or department supervisor on project status and any matters that may negatively affect product quality. Offer technical support and input for the team, management, peers, and clients regarding procedures and specifications. Provide written and oral reports on technical and professional issues as needed.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement : Exercise creativity in identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and increase efficiency through data-driven insights and process improvements. Recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures based on data analysis findings. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in analytical tools and techniques; recommend tools or methods that could enhance analytical capabilities. Assist in creating and enforcing information security standards, policies and procedures.
