Responsible for monitoring multiple patients simultaneously. Communicate changes in a timely manner using calm and succinct communication strategies. Facilitate removal of telemetry for patients when orders expire.◦ Education ▪ Required : High school diploma or equivalent ◦ Experience ▪ Preferred : EKG or related healthcare experience ◦ Skills ▪ Typing and computer skills ▪ Good interpersonal communication ◦ Licensure / Certification / Registration ▪ Required : BLS within 90 days of hire. ▪ Successful completion of required telemetry interpretation courses within 90 days of hire.
