Job Description : Must Haves :

Salesforce knowledge - CG cloud, service cloud.
Solutioning background is a plus.
Strong understanding of Salesforce requirements - able to determine gaps, etc.
Acts as a bridge between business needs and the technical capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
Their primary goal is to ensure the company effectively uses Salesforce to solve business problems, improve processes, and achieve strategic objectives.
Unlike a Salesforce Administrator, a BA focuses on strategic projects and business improvement rather than day-to-day operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirements Gathering : documenting business requirements for new features and enhancements on the Salesforce platform.

Solution Design : Developing and proposing data-driven solutions that leverage Salesforce capabilities to address business challenges and improve processes.

Project management :

Author detailed user stories with acceptance criteria to guide the development team.

Testing And Deployment :

Assist with Quality Assurance (QA) and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets business requirements.

Training And Support :

Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on new features and best practices.
