Job Description Job Description Electrical Automotive Technician ???? Location : Mesa, AZ ???? Pay : $25.00 / hour ???? Schedule : Monday-Friday, 6 : 30 AM-3 : 00 PM or 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM ???? Flexibility : May be required to work Saturdays depending on business needs ???? About the Role Our client in the Automotive Manufacturing industry is seeking a skilled Electrical Automotive Technician to join their Manufacturing Department. This role supports the Production Team and focuses on electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and rework of vehicles. Experience with European vehicles is a plus. ???? Responsibilities Perform end-of-line (EOL) testing, failure analysis, and rework Support and improve manufacturing processes Collaborate with Quality & Process teams to enhance procedures Conduct rework on offline vehicles Participate in data collection and analysis Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions Report EHS concerns and workplace hazards ???? Qualifications 5-7 years of end-of-line experience in the automotive industry Strong electrical diagnostics skills Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime High school diploma required; college degree preferred Automotive manufacturing experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Technical and analytical aptitude Basic understanding of electrical components (amperage, voltage, OHMs) Fluent in English ????????
