With hubs in New York, Los Angeles, Nashville, and London, we are at the heart of the industries we serve. We champion creative leaders who persistently redefine trends and push the limits in the fashion, beauty, and entertainment industries. We are masters at establishing connections and pairing creatives to meet the needs of our celebrity, brand, and editorial partners.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced agent to join our Nashville team, this position would be a combo of a creative agent, as well as a fashion / beauty partnerships agent. The ideal candidate will have a robust network in the entertainment realm, as well as the fashion & beauty industry, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for connecting stylists with high-profile clients and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Client Representation

  • Will be responsible for representing a roster of existing beauty artists, securing celebrity booking opportunities for fashion shoots, red carpet events, music videos, street style, and personal events, as well as acquiring new clients.

Networking + Relationship Management

  • Connect with brands that have a presence in Nashville to further develop brand relationships on the ground and connect the brands with artists.
  • Attend events to network with brand representatives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with celebrity +talent teams, publicists, brands, etc., overseeing the logistics required to book beauty jobs.

    • Contract Negotiation

  • Negotiate contracts and terms for artists, ensuring favorable agreements that align with both artist and client objectives.
  • Experience with Deal memos and invoicing for beauty artists is a plus.

    • Brand Development + Market Analysis

  • Work closely with the Brand Partnership + PR department to help artists to enhance their personal brands, providing guidance on portfolio development and social media presence.
  • Stay informed about beauty trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and opportunities for stylists.
  • Monitor and analyze the success of styling projects, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

    • Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a styling agent or in a similar role within the fashion or beauty industry.
  • Strong network of contacts in beauty, media, and entertainment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of fashion trends and the ability to predict industry shifts.
  • Creative and strategic mindset, with a passion for personal branding and storytelling.
  • Experience with campaign ideation, content planning, and execution.
  • Updated on industry trends and Celebrity Artist practices to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge, making research of the target audience, closest competitors, experts.

    • At The Only Agency, we value in-person collaboration. The ideal candidate will be based in Nashville and able to work in-person 4 days a week.
