As a Sushi / Temaki Chef, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests by preparing fresh, high-quality temaki dishes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and present sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Monitor inventory levels of sushi ingredients and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and accommodating special requests.
Assist in training new kitchen staff on sushi preparation methods and food handling practices.
Skills
Proficient knife skills for precise cutting and presentation of sushi ingredients.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.
