Job Details

As a Land Surveyor, you will deliver high-quality surveying services across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe Counties. Based on Landmark Surveying’s offerings, your responsibilities will include :

  • Conducting boundary surveys, accurately defining property lines, easements, and potential encroachments.
  • Performing topographic surveys to map land contours and surface features—ideal for planning and drainage assessments.
  • Delivering ALTA / NSPS surveys, meeting standardized protocols for detailed land title and development needs.
  • Executing construction layout (staking), placing reference points for building or infrastructure projects.
  • Completing as-built surveys, documenting actual constructed conditions versus original plans.
  • Preparing elevation certificates, particularly for properties in flood-prone areas requiring insurance documentation.
  • Drafting radial maps to determine distances between structures and provide photogrammetric control points.
  • Your role will blend fieldwork—with hands-on use of surveying tools—and office-based tasks like interpreting data, preparing maps, and collaborating with clients and project teams.
