Surgical Technologist

Overview :

As a key member of the surgical team, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring every procedure runs seamlessly. Working under the direction of the Nurse Manager, you'll prepare, support, and assist in a wide range of surgical operations - from setup to closure - ensuring safety, precision, and teamwork at every step.

What You'll Do :

• Be the expert in the room : Plan and scrub for a variety of surgical procedures, anticipating the needs of surgeons and adapting in real time.
• Set the stage for success : Assemble, test, and manage specialized OR equipment - from surgical drills to complex devices - ensuring everything is sterile, functional, and ready.
• Champion patient safety : Maintain strict aseptic technique, support infection prevention practices, and uphold the highest standards of surgical care.
• Keep it clean and reliable : Monitor sterilizers and sterilization processes, caring for and maintaining all surgical instruments and equipment.
• Collaborate and contribute : Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia teams to ensure efficient, coordinated, and compassionate care for every patient.
