Customer Support Specialist
Location : Hialeah, FL
Work Schedule : 7 AM - 4 PM | 100% Onsite
Seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves coordinating responses to customer inquiries regarding spare parts, ensuring timely delivery, and managing data related to customer orders. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, proficiency in Excel, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries and facilitate delivery problem resolution.
- Collect and process supplier and customer data related to spare parts and provisioning products.
- Track, monitor, and coordinate customer material and delivery requirements.
- Manage and analyze data, including Excel-based reporting and project coordination.
