Job Overview

The Sr Supply Chain Planner at T-Mobile is instrumental in optimizing the flow of products and materials to meet strategic business objectives. They develop and implement supply chain policies and inventory control systems ensuring materials are available to meet production demands while maintaining cost efficiency. By leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders they enhance supply chain processes and align them with organizational goals. Their expertise in complex data analysis and vendor management supports robust forecasting and risk mitigation strategies. Through their leadership they drive improvements in supply chain performance contributing significantly to the operational excellence of T-Mobile.

Base Pay Range : $61300 - $110500

Corporate Bonus Target : 10%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and / or team performance.
