Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst plays a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence across sales procurement logistics quality and manufacturing functions. This position is responsible for gathering cleaning and validating data from diverse sources including ERP systems spreadsheets and databases to ensure accuracy and reliability. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams the Supply Chain Analyst delivers tailored reporting solutions supports ad-hoc analysis requests and documents processes to ensure transparency reproducibility and continuous improvement in supply chain performance.
Responsibilities
- Gather clean and validate supply chain data from multiple sources (ERP systems spreadsheets databases etc.).
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends variances and opportunities for process improvement; including experience with advanced statistical techniques preferred (i.e. ANOVA Regression etc.)
- Design build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with supply chain procurement logistics quality and operations teams to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor and track supply chain performance indicators such as inventory levels lead times order accuracy and product performance with customers.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and provide analytical insights to assist in strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Document data sources report logic and dashboard functionality to ensure transparency and reproducibility
