Supply Chain Associate

Embark on a dynamic journey as a Part-time Supply Chain Associate, where every day offers a new opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of supply chain excellence. In addition to managing inventory, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting business-to-business operations by administering procurement, sourcing, and quoting functions that seamlessly meet the needs of our customers and drive the success of their business. This position is for our branch located at 950 Bennie Ln, Reno, NV 89512. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to :

• Managing branch inventory levels
• Administering procurement functions, including purchase orders and backorder management
• Estimating / quoting prices and sourcing product
• Coordinating resources to respond to customer supply chain needs
• Supporting accounts receivable activities
• Making deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success
