This is a 11-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. Finance at T-Mobile offers a fast-paced and team-focused environment that will grow your Finance and leadership skills as you help craft the success of the Un-carrier. You will work across the different functions at T-Mobile and make a difference in how we do business. In this role, you won't just crunch numbers - you'll use digital tools to automate reports, visualize performance trends, and deliver insights that shape decisions. From forecasting to ad hoc analysis, you'll turn data into stories that matter, helping us move faster and smarter. Are you ready to join the Un-carrier?

What you will do

• Support finance managers with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and month-end close activities.
• Analyze results, identify variances to forecasts, and surface risks and opportunities for business leaders.
• Prepare and deliver recurring financial reports and performance analyses that inform decision-making.
• Partner with analysts to streamline recurring tasks, leveraging automation and digital tools to improve efficiency.
• Explore and recommend new ways to present and interpret financial data for clarity, accessibility, and impact.
• Collaborate across finance, operations, and data teams to ensure analyses are accurate, relevant, and actionable.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20 / hour to $40 / hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience / location.
