Diversified Intern - Summer 2026

With this in mind, we've crafted our program to allow you to engage directly in our values driven culture through company, department, and cohort events, all while being challenged with a blend of learning programs, informative networking sessions with IMA associates, and opportunities to engage in department specific work projects that have real world impact for our clients, our business, and our associates.

As an intern, your time will be divided between a core program shared with the entire cohort and specialized work, projects, and programming tailored to the department you join.

The Diversified team is excited to announce an incredible opportunity for an intern in our 2026 summer program! This role offers the chance to gain valuable experience at the Denver office, under a typical 5-day-in-office work week.

Daily responsibilities will include :

• Actively contribute to team projects by engaging in collaboration, asking questions, and supporting shared goals.
• Utilize Excel to organize information, track progress, and assist with data-driven tasks as needed.
• Demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to learn by seeking clarity, exploring new tasks, and taking initiative.
• Serve as a self-starter by proactively preparing for meetings, managing responsibilities, and staying ahead on assignments.
• Approach interactions with the mindset that both sides are evaluating fitprofessionally representing yourself while assessing team dynamics and expectations.

We're proud of the success many of our former interns have had when they've pursued careers as IMA associates' post-graduation and see our internship program as a key talent pipeline. Because of this, preference is given to students closer to graduation, who demonstrate a curiosity about future employment within our industry.

You should have :

This internship is designed as a learning and development opportunity and does not include participation in the medical, dental, and vision insurance, and any other benefits program that are provided solely to regular full-time associates. You will, however, enjoy IMA paid holidays and five days of LifeBalance PTO during your internship. The LifeBalance PTO is inclusive of vacation, sick time or personal time.

This position is classified as nonexempt and is paid on an hourly basis. The hourly pay range for IMA interns is $18.00 to $22.00 and is determined by your expected graduating year. You will be paid for all hours worked and will be eligible for overtime in accordance with federal and state wage and hour laws.
