Located in Sacramento, Reno or Seattle , the Division Sales Coach position at Champions Group is an individual contributor role focused on teaching, coaching, guiding, and inspiring new and tenured sales professionals. As the Division Sales Trainer, your responsibilities will include :

Key Responsibilities :

• Classroom Training : Conducting sales process training in a classroom setting at various field locations, working with groups of 1-10 individuals across both dedicated sales and mixed technician / sales roles.
• On-Site Coaching : Riding with salespeople and technicians during customer visits, demonstrating techniques, and assisting in managing complex customer interactions. Equip sales professionals with the skills to navigate a systematic sales process, providing hands-on coaching to drive successful sales outcomes.
• Sales Coaching and Mentorship : Teach both new and existing employees about the key steps of the sales process, how to overcome objections, ethical sales practices, and the value of premium customer service and sales experience.
• Curriculum Development : Designing and building class materials and curriculum to ensure sales team members are well-prepared to succeed.
